*All Breed Obedience - teaches dogs of all breeds 3 basic commands: here, heel and sit. Commands are taught to the off leash level and collar conditioning is provided is desired. Whistle sit/here is taught.

* All Breed Boarding - We offer boarding services to all breeds. If interested, we offer our basic obedience program to all dogs with a minimum of a 2 week stay in our kennels. This service is offered at no extra charge. We also offer a tune-up program for the already trained gun dog during its boarding at no additional cost.

We encourage and invite anyone interested in our gun dog training program (or obedience training) to come visit our facility. We welcome you to spend any amount of time that you wish to observe other dogs in training, our training techniques and how we relate to the other dogs. We make sure that we create a bond and security between us as the trainers and your dog. The bond, security and friendliness that we instill in all of the dogs on our property, whether they are here for boarding, obedience, gun dog training or hunt test training, is the most important foundation for training.

WHAT TO EXPECT -

Please keep in mind that all dogs are created differently in their ability to learn and absorb information. We recommend beginning training for a dog at 6 months old and we do not accept any dog older than 2 years. The younger you can start any type of training program is more beneficial for you and your dog. Dogs create bad habits just like humans. The older the dog gets the more bad habits they have. Usually the younger age a dog starts training the easier it is on the dog (and the trainer).

We believe in customizing your dogs training program to ensure maximum interest, fun, success and enthusiasm for both your dog and you. All of our training programs can be modified to fit you and your dogs personality and specific needs. Not all dogs will follow the agenda set out in our training programs. This is okay, we understand and have no problem in individualizing any training program.

We are available via telephone and email. And, we encourage you to call or come visit during training sessions as often as you like.

We will let you know with all honesty how your dog is progressing and his ability to reach various levels of training. You and your dog will be treated fairly and with the utmost respect at all times.

Please be comfortable in knowing that your dog will be treated like family. We have 3 Labradors of our own. Our chocolate male is named Downtown Brown and he has his upland title, his hunting retriever champion title and also his master title. Our yellow female is named Lady Bird Lexi (which you can see on the puppy section). She is a hunting retriever champion and also a master hunter. Our black female is named The Girl Got Rhythm and she has just started her career in hunt tests. Both our chocolate and yellow labs also run The Grand.

Your dog's success and enthusiasm, on and off the field, is what we strive for in our training and is why we love training dogs.
